South Rand hospital is terrible

South Rand hospital Gauteng file department is the worst. My daughter was referred for speech therapy there but getting her file is such a huge problem. Getting there over an hour before her appointment feels pointless cause you have to keep fighting to get the file. Last time they waisted 40 minutes of my 1 hour appointment, imagine only having 20 minutes for help what the session is supposed to be an hour. I tried to make a complaint but when they took me to the manager for filling she was so nonchalant about it. She didn't care no assurance that won't happen again or they will try better. Today we go and file is nowhere to be found when the last time it was left with the manager of filing when I was last there, lord knows what she did with it. A new file had to get made and my child missed her appointment. Hours at the hospital without my child getting assistance, this affects my child development she went there for help, not the run around. You can really trust government services to really be so terrible. The people working there don't care about providing excellent service cause they know their jobs are secure no matter how much they mess up. Serious lack of accountability and dedication to their jobs
