South Hills Clinic...Bad Service Ever.Nurses don't care

I went to the clinic on the 26 March, I accompanied my niece who is 21 ,26 weeks pregnant and she is now staying with me.We were there from 8am and it was our first time visiting the clinic.She finidhed around 1pm. I then asked her if everything went well, she explained that they took few test and they said because she opened an antinatal file in Mpumalanga in Feb, she must go and fetch the file then come back with it then they can open a file and do baby checkup. This did not sit well with me,I then went inside with my niece just to understand the story and they confirmed what my niece just said.The sister who was helping her refused to help her and I was like so for you to assist her ,we must first go to Mpumalanga and get the file?..she said yes...I told her that I am not going anywhere until my niece is properly checked, the sister called Matron and the Matron explained the same story..So I asked them so..you are refusing my niece the right to health care, why is it not possible to start the file from scratch...they did not budge until I started to tell them how I know my rights and they will assist her whether they like or not.

They eventually assisted her after a long fight.After they assisted her, I asked my niece if all went well inside the room and she explained that yes but they kept on giving her attitude and accusing her that she is lying and she never opened a file in Mpumalanga. So,my question is how many people experience the same issue being turned away for something that can be done in the clinic?How many people have been left dying or desperate because of a nurse who does not want to do her job..I am so disgusted.
