So called Dentist at Maponya clinic

I just got home to my surprise my 19 year little sis crying like an infant.She went to Maponya clinic to get he tooth removed as she didn't sleep the past 2 days only to findbe out it will her nightmare,firstly she was number one on the que and when she entered the room she asked why did she style her hair if she knew that she was coming to receive her tooth of which I don't understand how is that a problem and it's just a weave.She got injected and the soooo called Dentist lady told her that she will try and remove her tooth ,she did try with 5 different tools my lil sister told her to stop as she couldn't take the pain and she could see that this lady is actually teaching herself with her but she refused and ended up breaking the teeth,she gave her a letter to go Bharagwanath Hospital on Friday after struggling with what she is getting paid. She couldn't get the lady's name as she didn't have a name bedge nor wrote it on the letters that she gave her but she can identify her ....I want that lady to be dealt with because with us using Public Clinics doesn't mean we must be mistreated by the same people who are getting paid from our taxes. Is that lady a qualified dentist or a student because with what she did I feel she is still a student and can she needs to be taught manners because she is a young lady and our parents and grandparents use the clinic often and they deserve to be treated with respect and to be valued because without them not going there she will not be employed.
