Shocking behavior and poor service delivery

I accompanied my daughter for 4 years immunization yesterday. Sister Nerea majake shouted me in front of other parents, I felt like an idiot. She make me queued 7 hours for my daughter to get the drops. Sister majake need to put her attitude on check They went on lunch and left the patients unattended.
