Service delivery

Our S.A government health care is truly an embarassment when it comes to service delivery. Even though a notice has been plucked at this specific clinic that the minimum waiting period is an hour and the maximum is 4 hours, I was not impressed with the way our health care service providers treat patients. There should be communication between the two parties to give assurance that service will be provided. After waiting for over an hour, I ended up leaving the clinic without being assisted whereas there was no communication from our health care givers on why we were kept waiting. Please do something about these clinics!
