Service at public clinics

<p>Micheal Maponya clinic has the worst service. Everytime you go in the morning the sisters are not there. They say they start working at 7am but we as patients we sit until 8h00 that's when u can be assisted. Today I was there by 6h50 for family planning but only got assisted at 7h50 after I complained. I went there as myself but when I complained, one of the sister's</p> <p>told me that I have a nerve of complaining as I was working for Nedbank. She says she sits at Nedbank for 2 hours waiting to be assisted and I find that as a deformation of character coz if she's got a problem with Nedbank then she must go to Nedbank and complain not wait for someone whose wearing a Nedbank uniform at a clinic to complain</p>
