Service at Odirileng Maponya

The sister in Charge at Odirileng Maponya Clinic in Kagiso and her staff they don't honor their promises I was her on the 11 July 2018 @12:30 to ask to fill in a clinic immunization card as the one I had was misplaced I waited patiently for my turn till 17:15 as I was about to be served and when I was finally assisted the nurse told me she can't assist me because she can't read the writing of the sister who wrote in my file so I was asked to return the today 12July 2018 which I did and I arrived at 8:30 and I told to wait for the sister that filled in my daughter's file and when she was free she asked me with an attitude" o re goetsagalang Ka file ja go" and I explained what I was told the previous day hence I was asked to return today. With an attitude she asked " so is it my fault that you misplaced your daughter's card? Do you think that everyone must wait for you? And do you think I can remember things that happened in 2016 today obviously I filled it in already in her card then so the file can't help you should have not misplaced it." I told her that I was told that she is the one that can help me as they can't read what has been written. She told me to go and wait like everyone else it doesn't matter if I was her the previous day or not. I left and reported her to the sister in Charge at the clinic who told me to that she will speak to her and will get someone to assist me because it's not my fault and I am still waiting 11:30 till now and she is no where to be found..... not even concerned I very unhappy because people like them who give government facilities a bad name and service....
