Rude sister/nurse roughly examined me at Pretorius Park Clinic

In January 2020 I went to Pretorius Park Clinic and was disgusted level of rudeness patients are treated you come in sick and be treated in such a way when you leave you even fear to take the medication as you might have been given the wrong meds my experience I got into the consultation room and the sister that was suppose to assist me shouted at me was so rude and when I tried to explain what I needed help with she blew me off and told me that she has no time for me she has alot of work she did not let me state my case she then had to examine me and she did that with so much anger she hurt me and did not even care after that sent me away to get medication ever since I went there ever since I was examined by that sister my health has been worse honestly if things go on like this someone will die at the hands of such people taking out their frustrations on people.
