Rude head of intabazwe clinic

I am so disappointed at intabazwe 42nd clinic I took my aunt there we arrived @8:00 left at 13:30 no nurse apologized for the delay instead they were all walking up and down chatting and laughing unprofessional to each other one patient complained sister Msiya the head of the clinic rudely informed sick people that whoever has a complain must come to her she pulled her face and raised her voice I mean for a head person to be so rude to our very own old people that can be her parents was a disgrace she even mentioned that when black people go to white doctors we never complain yet people camped there for hours without help and nobody bothered to apologise for the delay which was caused by them walking up and down not assisting instead chatting to each other

Sister Msiya or Msibi needs to get her acts together with her stuff if she is tired of working she must stay at home and disrespect her family not our uneducated parents
