Rude admin receptionist at Bluff clinic

I had the worst experience with the Admin receptionist Mr Khumalo at the Bluff Clinic in Durban. He was extremely rude, had no manner of approach and total disregard for patients. As a receptionist he does not bother to brief you on where you need to sit etc leaving you very confused.
