refuse medical treatment

I have liver decease and get fits and started to get red ichy bumps all over my body I went to King Edward hosital last week and the doctor just ask me what am I doing there? He said I must go to ufc and I did they refuse to help me and said I must wait 2 months! By that time I could die! I called them again today and still refuse to see or help me!
