Post-mortem results taking forever

2021 August my brother passed on due to unnatural causes. Postmortem was done n received in December but it stated that cause of death still waiting for hystology and toxicology report. Even now haven’t received it. Been going back n forth at Forensic Pathology Service Diepkloof. I’ve been turned back by the receptionist saying the results are not ready. They don’t even ask for my brothers information so that she can check in the system. The insurance company clearly stated they won’t pay out till I have the results.
