Poor treatment

On the 16th of February 2023 around midday, I dropped off my niece at Silverton municipal clinic so she could get treatment for a burn wound. I came back 4hrs later only to find her sitting outside. She was turned away without receiving any treatment only to be told to come back the following day. How do you not attend to a burn wound? The staff was rude and pushed patients out
