Poor Service from Tshepang Modise

Unit 9 clinic Mmabatho has the worst service on "Fridays" apparently because nurses are either not working or on lunch. I asked a certain Mr Tshepang Modise for his help for my medication he was on his phone the entire time and I stood for a good 20min up until I asked some other lady whose also a nurse there to assist me! My problem is these people treat us like we are beggars and don't work or don't know people in high places, our brothers and sisters, mothers and father's will continue to suffer at the hands of lazy people.
