Poor service from the Department of Health

At KwaMsane clinic you wait for 2 hours just to be registered, the nures that do the registration can spend up to 10 minutes talking to each other while we wait and you spendanother 3 hours waiting to see the nurse. You spend 5 hours at the clinic just so you can see the nurse.
