Poor Service from Department of health

I recently visited our local clinic in Patensie Ramaphosa village, and what a disgrace how we are being treated as patients. The manager and the staff of the clinic were so unprofessional, what happened to them, and I quote "I will maintain, by all means in my power, the honor and noble tradition of my profession. The total health of my patients will be my first consideration." I visited the clinic for an immunization for the child; however, the child still needs to go back to school, and they have sent us back for the second time. What happened to our rights as South Africans? The sister in charge, Kim, and the people at the reception do not have respect for the patients, and respect is a two-way street. As a resident of Patensie, I am so disgusted and disappointed in the health care system. We are being treated like animals, and that is a concern.
