Poor service delivery/ Poor treatment
<p>I went to the clinic couple of times accompanying my pregnant fiancé. The nurses speak with patients in disrespected manner. What annoying most is the fact that the there are many patients and the nurses are not diligent. They supposed to resume their duties at 8am; however they come late and still will resume their duties very late. They will go to their first tea at 10am to 11am without assisting anyone. They will come back at 11am and goes back to lunch at 13pm to 14pm. They will shut down at 16;30 Pm. Most patients arrive at clinic before 7am and they will leave after 3 if they ever get assistance. Some they turned back when they close. This is really annoying, unprofessional and disgusting. Please look at this and make people's life better. Not all of us can afford medical aid.</p>
