Poor service delivery from the hospitals in klerksorp regarding the Covid- 19 testing

In klerksdorp there is poor service delivery when it comes to testing for Covid-19. I have been running aroung since morning going to doctors and hospitals in klerksdorp to test because i have not been well for a while now and when i go to the hospitals( Tshepong and Kleksdorp) they tell me i need a doctors reference. What if there is no money to go to the doctor, then what. May the department of health please provide more testing stations and resources for Covid-19 in klerksdorp.
