Poor service delivery from the department of water and sanitation

To whom it may concern,

I write this email because I have a huge problem with the department of water and sanitation. I have logged two service requests regarding a blocked drainage system at my house to which the first call out was terminated without a being resolved. I then went to the office last week the 12th and was told that a supervisor needed to come and assess the damage with reference ***.

Till this day no one has come to look at the situation. Let me tell you, the manner in which this system is blocked is affecting my my kids at home and I live an elderly person with health issues, and this is affecting them the most. I'm deeply appalled at the way we are treated in township as if we are not citizens of this country, and I'm writing to health that should anything happen to my parents or kids health wise due to this problem there will be serious consequences.

With that being said I need someone to reach out to sanitation to do their job.
