poor service delivery

<p>Customer service at this clinic is so poor to a pont where when we got in at 7:30 they took out cards so that they can get files for us we wait for almost two hours just to be helped at the waiting period is an hour or less. We didn't get any explanation for way was there a hold up and still nothing</p>
