Poor service at Addington Hospital

I am very disappointed with the hospital service here at Addington Hospital clinic. Patients are sent outside to queue up in the rain outside of the hospital from 4am and are told to be enter into the clinic at 7am. People are not feeling well and they system is pathetic. I'm very angry if this is the service that department of health give the people of Ethekwini in 2019
