Poor service and bad attitude

I Nigel Roets with ID number *** was at Mafube hospital free state on 11-08-2015 at about 2-30pm. I went for results on blood tests and the same time to see the doctor at OPD due to a another medical problem. The same time Mr Fourie was also there with me due to the fact that he does not have transport from Villiers and also have a file available at the hospital to see a doctor at the OPD department due to the fact that both of us do not have a income or medical aid and have no alternative to receive treatment as outpatients and at least assist in this regard.The reason for not going to the clinic first was because we were in the area of Frankfort and decided to get medical assistance there.I was assisted at reception to see the doctor as a \out patient"and both myself and Mr Fourie were questioned and asked why we did not go to the clinic the first time"
