Poor service and a lack of people skills

I am outraged at the service I have received at this clinic on a regular basis. I had an appointment for my injection and the sercurity told me that the staff are in a meeting and won't be helping anyone then after I insisted that I need to get my injection she said I can wait if I want to and after 15 minutes the meeting was done and I was helped. On numerous occasions I get attitude from the recptionist and get spoken to like I'm a child with attitude and rudeness ..... No people skills at all , they deal with people everyday surely they should know how to treat the customers and not make them feel like they an inconvenience.
