Poor service

I've never received such poor n bad service like the one that ive received here at Levai mbatha....we've been here from 8pm my mom was first attended after two hour but only to find out she was asked what's the matter,sad part,she's crying for help no one attend her...we waited for four hours then we were told that we should take her coz we want special treatment forgetting that Levia Mbatha is free of charge hospital.

After an hour they released her,she almost fell,fortunate enough I was there to hold her...after we were told to leave the hospital n security came to escort us out...meanwhile we were waiting for our transport they chase us out and locked entrance doors..we never felt so useless like this.
