poor service

We've been waiting to be attended to for 2 nd a half hours no service was rendered we were advised that they on lunch but still they not back yet we still waiting, they have locked themselves by their kitchen and sick people have been waiting even elders have lost patients only the securities are communicating advising that they eating and the clinic is not even full
