poor service

My mother was brought to the hospital via an ambulance on 29/09/15 at about 10 am. She was left on a hard metal table, and no one to attend to her. She had chest pains. The nursing staff has lost all their companion for doing what they took an oath for. They have a don't care a damn attitude and take their own time about attending to the sick and needy. This is a death trap waiting to happen. We are sitting here still waiting for her to be treated. Does one have to die before help is given. This is really sad and disgusting the way the staff and doctors treat the elderly and sick. This hospital really needs to jack their cases...
