please help

Hi Peter I have a problem with my kids primary school.Last year my husband lost his job as the contract came to an end.I couldn't pay school fees anymore as I can't afford it.i work in the sec industry. I went and explained to them and handed over an avidavit as my salary doesn't allow it.i got a bill last week to say that I owe the school nearly R10,000.I really can't afford this and don't know what to do please help me
