Pharmacist gave misleading information

on the 08 June 2015, My partner Nomfundo Mndawe was discharged from Bosilong Hospital after spending 4 nights there.<br> <br> We were given a discharge form and a prescription to take to the pharmacy, we were then advised by the lady dispensing the medication that medical aid will not pay for the medication so we had to pay R200.00 cash which we did not have at the time.<br> <br> Today 09 June 2015 My Partner returned to the hospital to pay the request amount for her medication only to find out that there was no payment needed.<br> <br> My Partner had to spend a full night with out her required medication which included painkillers and antibiotics due to the incorrect information. This inconvenienced us in more ways then 1 as we currently relay on public transport to get around, so having to take two taxi's unnecessarily on a cold winters day(after being released from hospital) is really upsetting. <br> <br> This matter requires intimidate attention as the lady working behind that counter has a direct impact on health and lives of those she serves. Such service is not expected from a private hospital at all!!!!
