Good day I would like to launch a complain about the clinic in Tlhabane Rustenburg in the North West Province, My daughter was referred by a Dr to go to the near by clinic as she has a touch of TB of which she did last week and the said she must come back on Friday last week, which she did then she was told her file was lost with her results, so she must come back today, which she did now her file which she made on Friday is lost again, like what kind of health facility loses patients things twice? once it was a mistake yes but the second time, No. and how many people go through this at this clinic and how many people have lost their life's all because of this. Please lets help the people of Tlhabane to get better healthcare, this is inhuman really.<br> <br> Concerned Mother
