Pensions not received

I am writing on behalf of my Mother Nomalizo Patricia Phahlana who was born on the 28th of October 1922. She started working as a nurse in 1945. She worked at various hospitals and clinics over the course of the years namely:

1. Voctoria Hospital - Alice 2. Hospital of the Devine Compansion - St. Mathews 3. T.B. Isolation Hospital - Queenstown 4. Municipal Clinic - Stutterheim 5. Clinic - Dordrecht 6. Clinic - Cradock 7. Santa TB Hospital. These are just a few that she can remember as she is very fragile and is now bed ridden. She wrote many letters to the department even when Dr. Goqwana was the MEC for health in the Eastern Cape. We even tried to use the legal route and one of the lawyers who offered to help said he managed to find Santa TB Hospital.

I would like to know what happened to my mother's pensions as she is now very old and can not go on her own to enquire about her pensions. She retired in 1993 and has never received even a cent on her pensions.
