Pension not being release to my preservation fund

I terminated my contract with the Department of Health on the February 1, 2014. To date they have not release my pension fund money to a preservation fund that I have had set up by a financial advisor. I have completed the mountains of paper work and call them (or my financial advisor calls them - Sebokeng HR) on a weekly basis and we are being blocked and ignored and shunted around endlessly. THIS IS BORDERING ON ******** so much that I am considering getting lawyers involved to force them to conclude a relatively easy administrative task and release the money owing to me.
