Patrick tshikotshi olifants clinc rude guy

Good day . Im Not sure how to begin the way im so upset n disapointed in olifantsclinic theres a guy called patrick tshikotshi snr clerk at that clinic his so rude and vey unprofessional i went there early in the morning to do hiv test and he tells me i need to wait because he does not deal with files mind u i had the same experience last week wen i went there to test i got there around 8 i left around 3 still no testing .. as i told him his unprofesional and im Goin to report him he tells me hes not scared of any1.how will one do hiv test wen we being treated so badly why wait 5 hours before u test and he made it clear that he does not care evn after iv explained to him wat happend the last time i nee justice in this matter i can not wait for for so amny hours for just texting wer as the was no que in the testin dept but i had to wait for a file .. this ppl dont wana work
