Patients serving

<p>The reason we opt for gynecologist and avoid going to the clinic is because of queues and advance service. But no...to at Dr Mtsi rooms, I've been here from 9 in the morning and she decides to rock up at 12, 7 +hours of waiting for the service that I pay for and still haven been examined. This is totally unacceptable for pregnant women all swollen and hungry in this heat to wait for soo long. For the first time in medical history have I heard of an appointment done on a first come first serve basis on the other hand admitted patients get special treatment and go in front of the queues like we don't have emergencies, we pay for her service and should be her priority. I have never been soon ****ed and disappointed.</p>
