Pathetic service received

My sick wife visited Delft clinic from the 6th January 2015, that was the start of her nightmare. She would stay at the hospital from the morning till 19h00 and sometimes without getting help. To cut the query short, On the 27th January she went for her appointment at 08h00 and she was assisted by the Doctor who advised her that on her condition the clinic should have transferred her to Hospital on the 6th Jan so the Doctor advised her that ambulance will be called. From 11am my wife waited for an ambulance, I called at 15h03 and was advised that there were no ambulances available. At 18h53 I called again still no ambulance available and the African lady on the call was rude, did not want to give me her name and she said I am not allowed to call the ambulance only the day hospital need to call. All in all, my wife became worse as it was cold,she returned home very tired around 19h30 with a drip still on with blood on it. I took a picture as evidence
