Open tap, running water during consultation

I visited the Middelburg EC hosptial. <br> <br> I was in consultation by a male doctor. During some of this time a male nurse was also present. When i entered the room, the tap in the basin was left open and the water was running indiscriminately. It was still running when my consultation ended. <br> <br> Neither the doctor nor the nurse made an effort to close the tap and conserve water, despite water scarce warning signs on either end of the town. <br> <br> I am aware of the tap left running during at least one other consultation.
