nurses negligence

I went to the clinic early in the morning today @ sammy marks around 7,nobody helped us until at 1 the nurse reported to us that they are just only 2 of them helping,then they going to return us back home so that we come on saturday,they did not even ask for those in emergency some were just standing @ the reception chatting about their own businesses. I am not happy about their service because I stood there for about 6 hours only to be told to return home and go back saturday not even knowing the nature of my sickness,this was my first time
