Nurses mistreat people

I was visiting Rondebult clinic for a first time after people have been warning me about the service and how bad the nurses treat people but I had to go there hence my boyfriend was in a meeting to take me to the usual Clinic that I often attend (Dawnpark Clinic). When I got to Rondebult Clinic the service was slow and that did not Impress me at all.<br> I was in a queue for Family Planning. What happened was that the nurses took our cards to moderate them and write the dates that on when on when to come back. What they said to do takes 30minutes because the cards were less than 15 plus it was the three of them but instead it took them an hour. I got there at 11am but at 2pm they had only attendant 3 patience which made me the 15th. I raised my concerned and they said to me I should then come do their job. Chaos took place at the clinic in a way that the nurses said that they will take as much time as they want and the patience will wait for them to calm down hence we argued. Despite this patience are complaining that they getting contraceptives but they falling pregnant, and that it is always the case when they come here, they fight with the nurses especially the one with attitude
