not happy with the service

Good afternoon guys i dont if its me whos wrong or not there is a bug or strong flu this winter session .I went to the clinic above in the morning i spend like 3 hrs then i was helped .Funny part of it the nurse examined me and just gave panado nd allergex no cough mixture or antibiotics .
