not happy with the new hospital

We've been taking my brother to this hspital for more than a month and they have never given him any medicine they say he must come back the following day but when we dothey still don't give anything,as m writting here we back at the hospital and we've bin here since 16:30 till 00:50 n we haven't bin helped.Something really needs to b done abt this hospital its nt helping the community Bara is way better than this hospital.
