Not concentrating at work

This one sister at Erin clinic (SR Poswayo ***8) she just doesn't' concentrate on her work. On my first antenatal visit she books me an appointment with the doctor when she knew exactly that the doctor is not in on that day.Then on my second appointment on my report card she writes am 28 weeks pregnant because she was busy chatting with her colleague where else i was 26 weeks pregnant .On third visit when am 30 weeks she says she wants to see me when am 34 weeks but she writes 25/04/2016 and by that date i will be 36 weeks, i came to the clinic after i was 34 weeks on the 12/04/2016 and asked her that she used to see me after four weeks why now after six weeks when am near giving birth she then turned me away saying i must not teach her how to do her job.I showed her mistakes but she didn't even apologize.I personally think she must go back to midwifery school so she can learn again how to conduct antenatal visits because once you reach 34 weeks you must be monitored two weekly for cervical dilation, i already lost my mucus plug at 33 weeks and it's not even written on my report card because she turned me away. Go back to school sister!!!!
