no service

i went to my local clinic on the 8th of march 2015, my baby was sick and her temperature was at 40% . when i arrived at the clinic there were three people on the queue ahead of me and i asked them have you been assisted and they told me no one has assisted them and they have three hours sitting there.I went outside at the gate to the security guard to help us to look for the nurses .the security guard went insude and called one of the nurses for us and she(sister manamela) came out shouting at me saying who do i think i am , i just came into the clinic and demand that they come out and assist us.it was 15:30 when the first person went into the consulting room and on the other hand the other two people left and i was going to be the next to go into the consulting room.Sister moeng assited the first patient and it was 16:04 and she stall untill it was 17:00 to make sure that she does not assist.I had to wait for the night shift staff.i contacted the clinic on the 12th of march on *** to report this and the assistant manager(sister kekana) told me to wait for month end as the manager was on leave.i have phoned complaints line on *** no answer.Sediane clinic ,hammanskra
