NO RESPECT

I refer to VICTORIA HOSPITAL IN WYNBERG. <br> <br> Sunday afternoon I took my sister to this facility and in the waiting area it said you have a waiting period of 8 hours , we sat there from 5 the afternoon to 4:45 the next morning , but that is not the issue . The rudeness of the nursing staff and security was totally unacceptable. I was shouted at like I was a dog whilst I spoke to them with the utmost respect. I honestly don't think that was fair , we sat there for more than 8 hours yet there is no respect. I was very disturbed at all the nurses that was on duty in that emergency ward.
