no medication

my son had a medical file with Dunnottar clinic for Ritilen medication. when he turned 18 i have requested the file to be transferred to Springs Clinic as it is easier for me to get the medication from them. Since February 2015 i did not get his Ritilen medication every time they have an excuse as to why they cannot order the medication. Today i was handed the medical file after seeing the Docter and was told to take the file back to Dunnottar clinic for them to order the medication.. dunnottar clinic told me that I must take the script to Prepack and get the medication from them and they dont know what i must do with the file because my son are not their patient. My son is writing Matric and he need to take his Ritilen medication??? please help??????
