I would like to please log a complaint. (sent 20 Feb 2015).<br> As per the conversation I had with a male gentleman who called me in regards to the email below. <br> On the 31st of January 2015 my Dad was injured on his way home. It was a rainy day and he slipped and fell on the road. He is old 86 years and uses a Walking Cain to balance. <br> On his return I then noticed that he had blood oozing from his ear. My sister who is a qualified Nurse attended to him and cleaned the wound. Hours later he called us and said he was in pain and the bleeding was not stopping. 00:10 am we drove from Umlazi E Section to Umlazi V Section ( Mshiyeni Hospital).<br> When we arrived the first incident that really got to my nerves was the procedure at the Main Entrance.<br> I don't even remember when was the last time I visited Mshiyeni Hospital. The Security Guard at the Gate assume that everyone know the procedure. <br> (Stop by the Camera and say you Surname) Shouldn't there be a sign warning or notifying us of this procedure? Or a Security person waiting close by to guide us through this process? <br> So because I did not know. I drove pass and came close to the Security Room/Cubicle expecting them to open up
