No Adherence to Time

In Eastvale, we have been told that the Mobile Clinic will be available on Thursdays, at Sentra, at 10h00. On 14 May I went to Sentra with my 2yo grandchild, only to be told by one shopowner that the Mobile Clinic will not be available that day \because they are short-staffed.
