Negligency of patients

My wife is admitted at hispital, the nurses at the ward are negligent, the is no care for patients and the shout at the, she was odered to clean after she coughed blood and she had no power/energy. When she requested help relating to her condition she was told the is nothing they can do...they will inform their superior...not even a medication was issues to easy her condition...days later i have reported the matter to the management and now they give her bad attitude and still no care as her drip runs till is finished and no one attends to her..i have to always go and force them to do something
