Nearly died in Hospital Nurses sitting in the heater

On the 16 of July my mother was very sick after she was discharged at Mitchell s plain hospitals

So she got sick again no the 16 as I was saying we took her to our closest Day hospital which is KTC in Gugulethu

She had a heart failure and because of the Corona she was tested positive in Mitchell s plain however when we got ther she couldn’t breath so she needed the oxygen,when we got there ther put her on the oxygen by the male nurse that was very helpful then there was a time she needed to check there heart she went and she was very very sick the nurses couldn’t assist me I had to push my mom all the time she struggled I try my best the nurse where sitting in the heater didn’t care then the Doctor was busy checking the results from Mitchell’s plan ect apparently they found out that she was test positive (With no sign)they wanted nothing to do to her they told my mom to go to the covid 19 room as they say they will send her to the hospital they ask a potters to put oxygen to her my mom struggled for 45 mins without a oxygen as the one that the potter gave her was empty so I noticed that this oxygen is not working no wonder my mother was crying and when I called the doctor she keep on saying there is nothing they can do my mother is very sick the lungs are damage I told them and I scream that the oxygen is empty they then call the nurse to put new tank with in 10 sec my mother was fine waiting for ambulance so what if she had to die in that period????and they where going to lie and say her lungs are damaged,her lungs are fine nothing wrong only the heart with is the problem She was sent to cticc and she is fine at home now I would like to sue the hospital for the experience I felt when my mother was fighting for her life what if she was dead and why were there nurse where running away from my mother because she was tested positive ???they working for the hospital they need to be more professional when dealing with the pandemic
