Nadya Katz - Owner of Sandton Junior Primary

<p>Because of ill treatment of teachers and assistants by Nadya Katz since her takeover of Morningside Pre-primary in June 2016 (now known as Sandton Junior Primary), employees have been leaving in droves and at very short notice. In the fourth term of this year, I ended up paying for a class at double capacity.</p> <p>This obviously created a level of instability in my child’s life due to Nadya’s poor planning and obvious employee retention issues.</p> <p>Since Nadya’s takeover in June 2016 – everything has become extremely unstable and her earlier commitments were not followed through on despite her reassuring the parents that nothing would change and that our children’s environment would remain stable.</p> <p>I personally observed one of the assistants (who has practically raised my child and who has been working at the school for the past eleven years) scrubbing the walls with a broom and soap.</p> <p>In my opinion, the culture that is being created at Sandton Junior Primary by Nadya Katz, is to have her employees with a scrubbing brush as a mechanism to “maximise their potential” even though it makes no sense from a business, time or morale perspective. I am left thinking (with many good reasons) that this is an example of an intentional action to instil authority over her new employees despite the better judgement of any normal person.</p>
