My right to be vaccinated

Hi I went to Discovery on the 3rd July 2021 for vaccine they told me that there is somebody who have registered with my Id I must go to home Affairs to verify. On 5th July I went to Home Affairs they gave me the verification letter I went back to Discovery then they told me to phone call center I did that they promise to fix this problem. On the 2nd August I went to Baragwanath Hospital for vaccine but the same person appears they told me to go to home Affairs again I did they gave me another verification letter same as the first one
