my mother is now dead!!!

On the 20th of May, 2015 at 9:30 am we went to the Provincial Hospital in Uitenhage, South Africa. My mother was feeling very tired en her heart beat was 131 p/m. They sent her for blood tests and a heart test. After about 8 hours of waiting the doctor said they can see nothing wrong with her and she needs to come in after a week for a pregnancy test. They didnt give her medicine to slow the heart beat. On the 22nd of May 2015 my mother died from 2 heart attacks. Just know who ever is reading this that I WILL come and see you and I WILL take further steps against Provincial Hospital. You could've prevented my mother from dying if you admitted her to the hospital. You could've spared a life!! Now I am sitting without a mother for the rest of my life .. Thank You !!!
